Genuine temporary entrant (GTE)

All Student visa applicants must demonstrate that they are coming to Australia temporarily to pursue a quality education. The Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) criteria are not meant to prohibit students who study in Australia and obtaining skills that Australia requires before applying for permanent residency.

GTE Requirements :
 The department will review your student visa application to see if you intend to stay in Australia for the long term (Genuine Temporary Entrant).
1- We will need evidence to prove this, such as a statement of purpose and evidence of your/your family’s economic circumstances in their home country (this is very important; you can show your family’s financial situation in their home country by bank accounts, whether they have a business, a house, etc.)links to your native land (evidence of financial and personal ties to your home country, such as evidence of assets in your home country consistent with your family background, family or social ties that would provide sufficient inducement for them to return to your home country at the end of your studies).

2- Please mention your family members and any social connections (friends, previous co-workers, etc.)evidence from previous research (we have your accounting diploma)work experience (we have no proof of job experience) 

3-Please submit proof of employment for the last 12 months, evidence of a job offer upon your return home, and tax returns or financial statements.
4- A letter from your company or a statement from the applicant attesting to the necessity for (better) abilities for the applicant’s job or career prospects
5- There is evidence of a variety of professional or academic results that suggest the necessity for a different career pat

Australian migration is a very complex process so it is always advised to consult with a professional before you proceed with the application.
