The Job Ready Program (JRP) will reduce from a four (4) step program to a three (3) step program as of July 1, 2022.
International graduates with a completed qualification issued by a Registered Training Organization (RTO) as a result of their studies in Australia are eligible for the Job Ready Program (JRP). To conduct the course, the RTO needs to be approved by the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS). Within the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment (the Department), Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) is a skill evaluating authority for designated occupations.
What is the new method for evaluating skills for the Job Ready Program.
There will only be three contacts made with the new Job Ready Program applicants. New applications will be accepted starting on July 1, 2022, by selecting the JRP Program Registration and Eligibility option.

You will not be eligible to apply for a PSA if your application has not been initiated before July 1, 2022. On or after July 1, 2022, you will have to submit an application using the revised JRP procedure.
Before July 1, 2022, if you requested a PSA outcome, your request will be handled, and you will get your PSA outcome.
Your advancement through the JRP won’t be impacted if you received a PSA result prior to July 1, 2022.
