The TSS 482 visa involves a three-step process
The first step is for the employer to submit a sponsorship application (the employer needs to be a lawful, active, operating business and meet local labor and employment practices).
The nomination application is the second step in the application procedure. This pertains to the post to be filled, wage information, efforts to hire Australian workers, and the position’s ‘genuineness.’ The company must also be financially sustainable to sponsor from afar.
Step 3: the nominated employee must apply for a visa. The visa applicant must show that they have the necessary abilities for their job, as well as meet health and character standards.
